Why should I book using this website?
By booking directly with us, you can book the best available rates and it is much easier to amend your accommodation booking if your plans change.
What is the earliest I can Check-in?
Standard check-in time is between 2.00pm to 10pm. If you are planning to arrive earlier than 2.00pm, please contact us directly. An early arrival charge may apply.
Can I arrive late?
Yes, please give us a call if you are planning to arrive after 10pm, and we can send you a door code to enter your room.
Do you have parking for a trailer?
Each guest room provides one car space immediately outside. There are four spare car spaces for additional vehicles or trailers. They can also be parked on the service road that you access the Victoriana Motor Inn from.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at The Victoriana Motor Inn are non-smoking.
Do you offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and suites?
We provide complimentary Wi-Fi for all guests during their stay.
How close are you to the shops?
The Victoriana Motor Inn is within a four-minute walk of the Ryan’s IGA shopping complex in Ballarat East, which features a supermarket, Chemist Warehouse and café. The motel is also within a three-minute drive of the Bakery Hill Shopping Centre which features fast-food outlets and speciality stores including Coles and Liquorland, Mr Dot, Baker’s Delight and Dominos.
How close are you to restaurants?
A local pub Meaghers is within a five-minute walk. A number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Domino’s Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican, are within two to five minutes by car. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.
Do you have Smart TV with YouTube/Netflix built in?
All accommodation rooms and suites have Smart TV’s featuring a selection of streaming apps for guests to access their own accounts from.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations received within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of up to the full amount of your stay.
How do I guarantee my booking?
A credit card is required when booking with us directly. If you have booked via a third-party, a credit card will be required on your check-in. If you do not have a credit card, a $200.00 cash bond can be provided.
